We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Dangit. If you are not happy with your order, please review our refund policy below.

1. Returns and Exchanges

  • We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unused in their original condition.​

2. Non-refundable items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

3. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return.

5. Damaged or incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us within 7 days of delivery at dangitmia.art@gmail.com with a photo of the issue. We will gladly send a replacement or issue a refund.
